Danny and Glen are two of the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly managers you could ask for. They demonstrate an excellence in customer service you just don't find anywhere else. Colin, who runs the back end of the shop, gets me in and out, quickly and efficiently. They explain equipment operation thoroughly, load it, thank me for my business, and get me on my way. They are also all genuinely super nice guys and a pleasure to do business with. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile, even when they're up to their eyeballs busy. The staff at Rental Max Lake Zurich is the elusive trifecta of top notch people, top notch service and top notch equipment. “I highly recommend this location giving it a10 out of 10. I've visited this location twice within a month to purchase moving boxes. I was first assisted by Eileen and Zenobia on my 2nd trip. Both of them help me with box for my wine glasses and even put together the 18 part insert for me. I am very grateful that Eileen and Zenobia we're working those days because they were very helpful, polite, and professional giving great customer service.
