“Five stars for Beatrice at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Niles. She provided outstanding customer service during a particularly stressful time.
Beatrice took my initial reservation over the phone and remembered a special request I had made when I came to pick up the truck. She was friendly and personable, and she answered all my questions fully and completely.
Several hours later, when I had run out of room in the truck I’d reserved, I called Beatrice for help renting a trailer. She once again remembered me and promptly told me to get over to her location ASAP, so she could help me before she had to leave for the day. She had the trailer, the hardware, and the technician all ready when I pulled in.
Beatrice was a shining star on moving day, and I am grateful for my experience with her!!”
“I showed up bright and early to get a hitch installed, which I had reserved online earlier in the week, only to find that the system hadn't taken my reservation. (That's bad on corporate, not this location).
I thought my holiday weekend was ruined without a bike rack hitch, but Veronica very kindly took it upon herself to apologize for the glitch and work her magic to get me taken care of.
The installation only took a couple of hours and everything looks great. Thanks again to Veronica for saving my weekend!”

“We received exceptional customer service from an evening shift worker with a blonde mustache, I think his name was Breidt. We called for a last minute rental, and he waited 10 minutes past closing for us. He provided quick service and went above and beyond. Give that man a raise!!”
“Rented a trailer. It actually fit all of my belongings. Everything from a 1bdrm payment. I had sold the couch but it would have fit. This trailer saved a lot of money from the gas and mileage of renting a truck. Moving out. I might need two trips but will still save a lot of money!!”
“I did not know I could get my propain cylinder refilled there. It was so easy, freindly service aswell. They also re-certify your propain tank. So much cheaper than tank exchange at retail stores.”

“I highly recommend this location giving it a10 out of 10. I've visited this location twice within a month to purchase moving boxes. I was first assisted by Eileen and Zenobia on my 2nd trip. Both of them help me with box for my wine glasses and even put together the 18 part insert for me. I am very grateful that Eileen and Zenobia we're working those days because they were very helpful, polite, and professional giving great customer service. Now this will be the only location I will go to. Thank you both for everything ????.”

“I wrote down all my negative thoughts and needed to free my aura. Saturn was misaligned from Venus so the emotional solar flare was incongruent from my chi’S center. I got a rank of propane and fired that clucking mother on the roofing torching. Light the chi up. I am now centered. God bless America and god bless tebons.”
