“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!

I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. The photos came out so perfect. I cannot wait to pass these out and will probably book again just for her for the holidays.”

“The young manager lady who came out from the back to help me with my grandmother was so kind and beautiful. I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. I’ve had help from other associates but none matched what she brought to the table. Her name was Alexis and my grandmother always ask for her!”

“Definitely recommend this store! They do have a good selection of communion dresses and have a good amount of seating for the grandmas/entourage who come with! The staff is lovely and we especially want to shout out to the sales associate Tamika who was BEYOND helpful and truly helped make first communion dress shopping special for my daughter. Go here. (& go before things are picked over! Like most places they just order a bunch of dresses in January and dont reorder)Pricing is expected for communion dresses at a boutique store ($300-550).”

Especially a manager that works there idk her name but she had braids helped me with everything I needed I’ve read all these other reviews and I must say I’m shocked sometimes it don’t be the workers it be the customers. When you give a hard time you will get a hard time. I’ve witnessed a lady stand in like 15 seconds and catch a attitude cause they are attending to other customers she said she had a pick up order well just because you have a pick up doesn’t mean you go first they attend to whoever in line. I’ve worked in retail so I know how it is, overall very good customer service.”
“I don’t shop here on a regular basis but when my son needed a fancy belt for a funeral nobody else had it in his size. My husband called and the lady had it in a bag and ready to go as soon as he found the place. We aren’t in the mall often so it took him a good minute to find the store. Good quality belt for a decent price.”
“I have a 2 year old who just sized up into 3T while it's still cold out. While everywhere else already has summer tees and shorts, I needed long sleeves, and this Once Upon a Child had such an amazing selection for me to peruse. Ended up with 11 tops at about $3 each, it was perfect.The clothes are organized in sections for boys and girls, and each aisle was labeled with sizes. We had no trouble navigating around that section.There are so many toys displayed a little overwhelmingly on the shelves, and they were labeled pretty fairly in terms of price.There's also a selection of secondhand strollers and other baby gear for those interested. Products were in decent shape, with a few needing to be cleaned a little.Overall, I will definitely be getting the bulk of my son's clothes from here as he grows up.”
