I don't like being rushed if I have multiple transactions. I can use the ATM without using the drive-through and use the booth instead. Safer and more private.

Came in to make a simple withdrawal. The person in front of me was getting a money order. Waited in line for 20 minutes.When it was my turn, they were very apologetic and very nice
