“I have visited this location several times and received good customer service. Although the store is very small it has always been organized. There is not plenty of parking so you might have to park a few spots away. However, there is handicap accessible parking for those who need it. The limited parking is probably the only thing I don't like about this location.”

“I am always stressed to the max when coming to the post office but my lovely new friend Cherie that works there was so calm and helpful. I had to repackage all of my things twice so I saw her interacting with a lot of people that came through and she is truly such a sweet and kind lady. Also very knowledgeable about her job. Will gladly drive out of the city to come to this post office again.”

“Showed up on a Saturday and there were 10 people in front of me. I thought it was going to take forever but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Also, the ladies were super nice as well.”

“This is my new local post office and I avoided it the first few weeks because of the awful reviews. Once I finally went I really had no trouble. Not really any lines and Precious is always very nice as well as everyone else here. Never anIssue anytime of day. I had a package mishap only once when a different worker didn’t tell me the address wasn’t coming up for where I was sending it to-so it was returned to me and I had to pay shipping for it twice. Other than that 5 stars and im in here 2-3 times a week at different times during the day.Update like a year later : I wish I could leave another separate review as they really are always so nice here and it’s too bad the old reviews keep the overall reviews of this post office so low. Had a prepaid return but not a box for it (couldn’t use the free priority boxes) was about to buy one when a worker gave me a free box from the back.”

“Went in as a family of 2 to get passports , the woman who helped us was very patient and helpful she had just gotten done with another family of 3 passports. She did have a line but she was nice to every single customer that came in and wasn’t rushing she treated us very well.”

“I love my local USPS. Our postal workers are kind, helpful and are doing their best with what little the current government is giving them. Thank you for all that you do USPS!
Plenty of parking, drive up mailbox available and Walgreens across the street for envelopes/tape & mailing needs.”

“I've been to this location three times recently, and each time there was no line and the service was fast and friendly. One of the best kept secrets on the south side. If you live in the area, this is the post office you want.”

“Prompt and courteous service. Small town location helps to offset long lines. If you're looking for expeditious service, this is definitely the right location!”

“I actually drove past two other post offices to come here. It's fifteen minutes from my house, while the other two are less than five. I did this because those offices had extremely low ratings, even if you account for a skewed ratio (generally, unhappy customers rate businesses far more often than happy customers).

I was not disappointed. All I found here was friendliness and efficiency. Darlene was an absolute gem. I honestly did not have the energy to deal with someone grumpy today, and while I don't begrudge anyone having a bad day, I just wanted to see a friendly face, especially since I had an unusual mail request.

The Midlothian post office delivered, pun intended. ❤️”

“Krystal is always very helpful. All of the staff members actually (I just don't know their names). If you need passport services go here. Also, wait times are not as long as other locations.”

“Strangely enough I have a fair bit of experiences with many different post offices in the area and this location is by far one of the nicest. The employees have come to recognize me and I am able to joke around with them which breaks the usual PO tension.”

“This is the best post office and I even drive out of my way a little bit just to come here. They're open JUST long enough after work hours (open until 6pm on weekdays!) so i can get my small etsy business orders out after my full time job. They always scan my packages without hesitation and with a smile, too! I'll never go to another post office again (and i've tried many over the years: Willow Springs, Bolingbrook, Westmont, Willowbrook, Oak Brook...) The workers are friendly, efficient, and never close a minute earlier than closing time. Thank you!”

“I have a small online business so I go here about once a week (usually morning) to drop off packages, buy stamps and recently for passport renewal. Every time I go its a very nice and quick visit. I’ve been to many other usps locations and this one is by far my favorite because of the employees. The 2 employees that always help me, muslim lady and African (I think) American lady are always very nice, helpful and welcoming. Service is 10/10 ?”

“I was at this post office at 9:30 AM Friday, April 12( clerk 34;) country club hills il.
she was extremely helpful great attitude she went above and beyond to help me with a registered letter to the Department Of Veteran Affairs.
I really appreciated her taking the time to show me what to do and how to do it Great customer service is hard to find these days but I could tell she took a lot of pride and helping the people who came into the Country Club Hills, Illinois post office. Standing Ovation 6 stars.”

“I went to Homewood with a 2pm appointment Monday for a Passport, and it was a mess. Rescheduled for the next day at Hazel Crest. These 2 ladies, Andrea was one, I didn’t catch the other, but both were very pleasant, very kind, helpful, and just all around made the whole experience amazing and efficient. I was in, had a pic taken, paid and out in 15 minutes or less.Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Thank you !!”

“We've lived here for 19 years and the staff has always been great. We regularly mail packages to loved ones and they've always been helpful, courteous, and professional. Our mail couriers have always been the best too. Can't say enough great things about our Postal workers in Posen.”

“My family and I had a passport appointment. However, when we arrived there were no passport forms available according to a USPS representative because they are waiting to receive updated passport forms. That created an inconvenience. We went to Office Depot to print the passport form. We were so glad that it was right down the street. When we returned to USPS post office there was a long line so we missed our appointment. However, a USPS representative assisted us and were were able to complete the passport process. We received good customer service despite the issue with the forms.”

“I have been coming here for the last 10 years that I lived in this area and never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today after looking at the hours and then seeing these bad reviews, so I had to leave this now. I was in there alone, I stood aside because I had to fill in some information that the attendant was so nice to show me for sending certified mail. Mind you there were 30 minutes left til close. And then SIX people walk in, and she kicks in to high gear all the while maintaining her pleasantness. When she sees I was done she lets me come back up and finish my transaction. Her name was LEASES (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was so pleasant and so speedy (the lady behind me also complimented her), and a perfect employee to have had instructed me WHILE attending to six other people (which of course always happens right before close). Polite to everyone while I filled my paperwork, and remained polite to me with all my questions. Thank you!”

“I’ve been to this post office a few times and always have good service, however today I receive EXCELLENT service. Markeisha went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations out. She went one by one to add additional postage that I was missing due to the contents of the envelope. She took her time and was so nice”

“I requested passport service and the young man, clerk 62 was very helpful. He provided step by step instructions on completing form, what was needed, cost, and they could take photos. I was very impressed with care he provided.

I took a train downtown to a passport service business and didn't get the attention or care that clerk 62 provided. Secondly cost downtown was about $600, cost at post office was $160

Thank you for the exceptional care. U Rock!”

“Every time I come in this location they are friendly, fast and efficient. There is always a smiling face. I've been coming here lately for my small business to drop off my orders to customers. Never a problem. There is a post office not too far from this location that needs improvement but no issues with this location at all.”

“This has to be the most no nonsense post office in the area. You bring your packages, they take your packages, you then leave! Couldnt ask for better service. In and out always even if its busy! Try that at bridgeview. A stop at bridgeview usually takes 15-30 minutes in line then an attitude on top of that from the woman that her name starts with V. Thank you worth for easy and pleasant transactions!”

“So, I’m not good at post officing. I go infrequently and I’m the guy that comes in and is usually not sure how the whole system works… Most of the city locations, the employees are impatient and expect you to fully understand the processes.. Well, I don’t… Keith, the dude who looks like Connor McGregor, couldn’t be nicer, more understanding, and patient with people like me… He has no clue who I am, and I only know his name because I looked at his badge. 5 stars!!!”

“Mrs. Johnson answered the phone on a day that I was dealing with a package that needed to be STOPPED from delivery. She stay in touch with me on 3-4 separate occasions to intercept this delivery from being delivered to a family who had lost their Mother. Mrs. Johnson was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeabl. She immediately understood the delicate situation our family was in, and she went Above and Beyond to right the situation. Thank you so much Mrs. Johnson for all your diligence. You are a godsend to the Community!!!!
Sincere, Mrs. K Woods.”

“It's not as bad as others say, the person inside has a launch break, if someone is not there. The hours could be better but it's far closer than going to Halsted.”

“Victoria, the postal clerk was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She explained to me the correct way to ship out my items and now I am more informed about shipping in general. There was another postal clerk there whose name I didn’t catch that helped me with my shipping questions as well.”
