Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve issues. Setting up an appointment is helpful. I had to go in regarding a question on a side panel and they were quick to fix it and so very nice about it. David was the person assisting me and I highly recommend asking for him.

Went through Progressive after getting side swiped by a semi truck. Experience was great! Provided a good time estimate, delays happened but they always kept me up to date with everything! They left my car presented well and in good condition! I was very impressed with their service.
