I contacted the David Martinez, the GM at Caliber Collison in Palos Hills for an estimate as well as checked with two other auto body establishments. Based on their professional customer service & appointment availability, I chose to have my car repaired by Caliber Collision. They completed the work in short order & kept me apprised of their progress. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside & out plus the workmanship was excellent. “05-01-2024 at 4:30 pm, I arrived at this location needing a screw or screws for rear plate. I started out with one young man, who gave me the impression that he wasn't interested in helping me at all. I then asked a question of the two other men the store, the young black male immediately said let me go and look. He told me one screw was stripped but we could put another one on the side. I was extremely with his service. Yes I stated to him, thank you for helping a sister out. If I ever need to come to this location again. I will seek him out. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE”

“Such an amazingly kind and caring place. Fixed my frozen sliding door on my van that had a huge piece fall off including my back light that connects to it same day with no charge in less than an hour. They seen how frantic I was and took care of it. The staff in the front were so nice. Especially Maria. And the mechanics I seen were the best. Definitely recommend this place.
