Also, I would like to add that there is no need to have a banking rep at the entrance to be standing while greeting customers at that desk they have in the front while entering the bank. It almost makes you uncomfortable watching them standing there while you sit awaiting your turn to take care of your banking needs. I understand the idea of having a rep there but please have them sit on a high stool. I come from a luxurious spa background and our company took care of this issue over 10 years ago. It just does not look good and does not feel right. It is not a wedding reception! It is a bank. Having them stand there does not make me feel better or more appreciated as a customer. It is just wrong. Thank You”
