“Drive through is usually slow whenever I come to this location. Elizabeth isn't that wise when it comes to IRAs so I wouldn't use this location for something like that. The tellers inside are nice. Kim Ritter is alway efficent and friendly.”

We came from Canada to get our business account setup for our Alsip location and were highly pleased with the service here. They all stayed after hours too as we were their last appt. “Most of the bankers are friendly and helpful. One banker, made it a point to take someone she knew, he made it obvious he knew her and was waiting on her, he literally said im going to sit here and wait for you and kept inching out his chair every time it seemed like she was ready. She purposely waited until a 3rd banker was available to pass me off to her, which at that point I preferred, and Rosie took great care of me.”

Not as convenient as Chase but in my opinion I get better service and better tailored banking solutions. I recommend this branch of Huntington as I've been to other Huntington Branches and they aren't as on the ball as the Oak lawn Branch.”

They have treated me and mine right up front. Learning to bank with, this place took the time to help me sort everything I needed to know when I asked. Walk ins always thorough. Tube and atm sometimes issues but they get it running.”
