Bad customer service . Worker was not welcoming and had a bad attitude maybe bc I am middle eastern, When I said I wanted to open an account he told me I would have to deposit $750 but when I checked online i mentioned it was only $50.

The customer service is non existent. I was in the drive and no one acknowledged me for a good 5 minutes and after pressing the help button 3x. Then someone came and said it will be just a minute. No one said hello we are busy or sorry for the wait. It was just it’ll be a few min…after sending on my deposit I’m still here waiting it is now 120pm so for 20 min and still nothing. There is no other car in drive up except one just pulled up in business

Merger with first Midwest is a terrible experience - debit card activation won’t allow you to press ‘1’ for English, doesn’t recognize last 4 digits of tax ID when trying to access, no ‘after hours’ support and when you get support they hang up, wait times up to 3 hours.Trying to sign in online - user ID/password combination sent doesn’t work, password locked using password PROVIDED, requested email to reset password which never came….Going to the branch when open doesn’t provide much more help as the staff doesn’t have all of the answers, not enough staff to handle the COMPLETELY FULL parking lot and waits in excess of 90 minutes
