They never pick up their phones and when you leave a message, they won't respond to your call. What's the point of leaving a message. They have terrible customer service. Recommend going elsewhere for your banking needs .

Closing on Saturday? Really? There has been a BANK opening at this address for 30 years. Old National takes over and hours are cut at this location and 143rd and Wolf shut down totally. This is not good. After 30 years, time to look elsewhere.
