Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional. One of the men was extremely arrogant and acted like he was above everyone. They seriously need to train their staff to be more friendly and respectful toward customers.

2 of the WORST employees working on 3/3/2025... Very rude and unprofessional! Not even sure how and why this office is operating with 2 individuals who clearly don’t know the definition of Great Customer Service! These are 2 individuals who clearly hate their job!

Employees in this USPS branch is either lazy or don't know how to do their job. They don't know what is (GXG) Global Express Guaranteed service or just too lazy to do it. I went to this branch to mail a document internationally using (GXG), the employees just stare at me and said they don't have such service where in fact the service is clearly showed in their counter billboard. I hope USPS will evaluate performance of their employees, to get rid of lazy and incompetent staffs.

Why do we expect so little of USPS? Darius was the person at the desk. He got the job done. But he had no politeness, no warmth, would respond in incomplete sentences and by pointing. And made no effort at all to make the experience pleasant. This is just a training issue. Or maybe it’s a personal integrity issue? I left with my package mailed and a little more heavy hearted.

DO NOT GO FOR PASSPORT HERE !I waited a month for passport application appointment for me and my family. Both me and my husband took days off of work.The night before my appointment I get a phone call from USPS that their Postmaster is not available for my scheduled appointment....Absolutely no consideration for the customer

The postmaster is terrible and so rude. He really should be fired. Seems miserable with his life, needs better customer service.
