“I am a long term psoraisis sufferer. I had been using Humira with my Kaiser Hospital insurance. The drug is a miracle in my life!! I work in tourism in the Napa Valley, and am an older full time dad for a young teen. After the fires hit last October, the Valley remained empty even after the fires were out. I was treated as a valued customer, not a dead beat on the dole. I can't say enough good about this company which goes above and beyond to be a socially responsible corporation!! “I went to the facility to get labs for the first time right when it is opened in the morning. The facility itself is beautiful and very welcoming. I went to the welcome desk as I had no idea where to go or what to do. The woman behind the desk was so kind. She checked me in immediately. Another really nice woman registered me and got me in immediately at the lab. While the techs in the lab werent SUPER friendly, they were efficient and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location for services. I would try to go early as it got very busy even just 30 minutes after I got there.”

“I walked in without an appointment and checked in with there Kiosk. The lady that attended me was named Alicia and she provided me with outstanding customer service! She was very kind and explained my entire drug screening process thoroughly. I couldn’t provide a sample right away for the test but, Alicia reassured me that it was ok , to take as much time as I needed. Overall my experience was very positive because of Alicia and I hope she gets some recognition!!!”
