“Just picked up my trailer from Sub-trailer and I have found my place! They built my drop hitch with sway bar attachment earlier in the year and I was impressed by their service and price. Just picked up my trailer after dropping off to repair the tail light that was out and experience was consistent - excellent work and clear communication.
They also offered advice on how to connect my sway bar and made an adjustment when they saw that I was using too much tension. I highly recommend.”

I just bought a wrangler and decided to do a lift and some some other modifications and knowing nothing about this stuff these guys have been awesome, they will explain things in detail, listen and answer any quesrions you may have. I plan on doing more to the jeep and will not even entertain the idea of going elsewhere for 2nd opinions or anything of that sort. They have not tried to sell me anything i dont need and that speaks volumes in itself. I look forward to them taking care of my jeep for years to comr.”

“Communication was great and willingness to make corrections was ever greater. John did an exceptional job keeping me informed and making sure I was satisfied with the service. I understand that unforeseen things happen and there may be oversites at times. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed a few small imperfections in the paint (due to previous rock chips not the painters' fault necessarily) as well as a plastic part missing that was there prior to drop-off. I notified John and he immediately offered for me to bring it back to have those things taken care of. This is a prime example as to how a business should be run. No one is perfect but John shows that it goes a long way just striving for it! Great experience would highly recommend this shop as long as John is overseeing things!”
