“Communication was great and willingness to make corrections was ever greater. John did an exceptional job keeping me informed and making sure I was satisfied with the service. I understand that unforeseen things happen and there may be oversites at times. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed a few small imperfections in the paint (due to previous rock chips not the painters' fault necessarily) as well as a plastic part missing that was there prior to drop-off. I notified John and he immediately offered for me to bring it back to have those things taken care of. This is a prime example as to how a business should be run. No one is perfect but John shows that it goes a long way just striving for it! Great experience would highly recommend this shop as long as John is overseeing things!”
