“First time using this place for auto repairs and it was the first choice and BEST choice. I needed a full recon of work done on my Toyota rav4 and they went through everything I needed to fix asap and what could wait. I initially spoke with James on the phone, he told me I could bring my car in same morning and it will be checked thoroughly. Then I got the break down of everything with Matthew and it was a lot to cover but they offered me financing, since the maintenance was such hefty bill; which in turn allowed me to approve the work and let them get started right away. It was finished same day AND I got approved for the financing and was able to pick up the following morning. I really appreciate the kindness and consideration that was shown to me, especially around the holidays and we all need our cars.
