This is an amazing storage facility in every aspect. It's always clean, the staff is very friendly, both in-person and over the phone. Thank you Lavonya for all your help! The prices are great. I would use them again and again.

I have 3 units with Pack It In and I love the friendliness of the staff, cleaness of the units and overall great service, AND having the option of extended hours are icing on the cake!Keep up the great work!
