“This is my first time using U-Haul storage services in my experience was beyond what I could have imagine despite others peoples previous reviews. At this particular location in Markham, the general manager (Tamica) along with the cashier (Nunn) made me feel like family rather than a just a customer. The atmosphere was friendly. The store was very clean, and although they did not have the unit that I wanted available at the moment, they were still able to accommodate me temporarily until the wound that I desired will be available free of charge.”

They made me feel like It was important to get me back in my tractor, no matter if they had to drive three hours to get the parts.. They get a big thumbs up!! “Omg I always used U-haul always had suck service with thier trucks. I am so glad I tried penske absolutely a great truck 20ft 29.50 - 49.50 varies but the truck has air shocks better they my 2020 truck and side mirrors with blind spot extra mirror that adjust! I can actually see on both sides no winging it also back up cameras woot!!!! Heaven to drive! Thank you penske great rental you gained a loyal user for life carol owen. The home depot in Orland park is great people very nice and knowledgeable. I can't say enough Thank you I had if 5 days cost me less then 200 thats great!”

“Ok, to start with, I did not rent any trucks or vehicles with U-Haul. I brought my car here to have a hitch installed. Clarence was the man who assisted me. Clarence would call me to clear up questions or to attempt to get my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled time. The only problem I had here was tryin to call Clarence back, the U-Haul phone system always forwarded the call to a centralized U-Haul call center....so that was a little frustrating. BUT, Clarence kept me up to date as to the progress of my install and then he installed the unit in the anticipated time - 2 hours. The job was done neatly, on time and he and the staff at the building were all very courteous. Nice job Clarence, thanks.”
