He saw the mistake, changed her medication, listened to me, tested her, and saved her. For those years he and his team took care of my girl and my boy. “I can't say enough good things about this place!!! We just got a new puppy and I was looking to find a new vet. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so sweet. The office was immaculate, all the staff were so helpful and made us feel so welcome. When Dr. Scott Gallatin came in the room, he made such a fuss over our Emmie, he even got down on the floor to play with her!! She was not afraid or shaking like our last dog was at the last vet we went to for years. They all went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and make it a memorable experience so she isn't scared to walk in next time. I was very impressed with everyone we came in contact with that day. “Excellent veterinary clinic, advice, knowledge, and care. If you care about your furry family members, this is the place to take them. Just had my two new dogs spayed and neutered, both are healing nicely and the process went without a hitch. Only issue was that my boy wasn't a fan of finding out before the scheduled appointment that he only had 48 hours left to check his nuts. I told him, "hey buddy, you have 48 hours left." He kept the same expression for almost 5 minutes. 99% sure he completely understood me and was trying to process it. Thankfully both are healing up and healthy.”

Every encounter was friendly and compassionate from the representative scheduling appointments to the doctor himself. . He was kind, knowledgeable, comforting but direct.
My pup has a break right above her ankle and the doctor made a scary and costly situation bearable and offered alternate solutions and gave us reassurance for healing.
There are actually two other facilities under the same management/ownership and I love being able to have options - if one location can't get you in, the other can.
I look forward to many years of my pet receiving extraordinary care from this team!”

I felt at ease throughout the entire process. We were both treated with warmth and care especially considering my dog had been through a traumatic experience. The doctor and techs were professional and caring towards me and my pup, so much so I've decided to switch to them as her primary vet. Definitely recommend.”
