“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. Being a commissioner in Wheeling and love supporting local Wheeling Businesses I truly recommend Fantasy Car Wash Detail Inc. Big thanks to Hugo and his team, looking forward to my next visit.”

“A solid drive through car wash with the strongest vacuums I've ever used at a car wash! Major props for the best vacuums. They also offer window cleaner and clean towels, which is a nice touch. The minimum wash purchase (unless you have a monthly subscription), is $10 which is considered an "express" wash. The signage says there's a monthly program option that is $17 a month. I found it to be very good value for the money and having attendants at the computer kiosk to answer questions is a welcomed touch.”
“This is the most honest shop I’ve ever been to. The mechanics are super honest and don’t try to oversell stuff that other shops tell you to buy. I highly recommend this place, I’ve gotten services from brakes to engine repairs and they are amazing. The latest services dealt with 105k mile service and I am very happy with it the outcome!!!!”
“Nick went above and beyond to help me at the car wash today when I realized I couldn't go through with my bike rack, he pulled out some tools and helped me remove it in the almost 90 degree heat! I had my kids in the car and I was so grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help me when he saw me struggling to remove it myself.
