“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

The best part is Dog Wednesdays — they give $3 off if you bring your dog, which is such a fun and thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be coming back on a Wednesday with my pup. Highly recommend!”
“We get the monthly shine at Zippy's. I must say it is great! We get one free wash a day as well as the free vacuums. The people working are great and there are many trash cans at the vacuum center. So fun!”

I called to book and I was able to schedule an appointment a few days out. Communication with Keon was clear and fast. I dropped my car off in the morning and they were able to complete the full detail by 3 o'clock. The value for this service was superb and they even knocked $20 off for paying with cash. “Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. “A solid drive through car wash with the strongest vacuums I've ever used at a car wash! Major props for the best vacuums. They also offer window cleaner and clean towels, which is a nice touch. The minimum wash purchase (unless you have a monthly subscription), is $10 which is considered an "express" wash. The signage says there's a monthly program option that is $17 a month. I found it to be very good value for the money and having attendants at the computer kiosk to answer questions is a welcomed touch.”
“This is the most honest shop I’ve ever been to. The mechanics are super honest and don’t try to oversell stuff that other shops tell you to buy. I highly recommend this place, I’ve gotten services from brakes to engine repairs and they are amazing. The latest services dealt with 105k mile service and I am very happy with it the outcome!!!!”
“Nick went above and beyond to help me at the car wash today when I realized I couldn't go through with my bike rack, he pulled out some tools and helped me remove it in the almost 90 degree heat! I had my kids in the car and I was so grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help me when he saw me struggling to remove it myself. I was so impressed with his can-do attitude and his willingness to jump in and help. Amazing customer service and an amazing young man! We will be back and will be buying a membership now!”

“Protek did an amazing job providing a full frontal PPF installation on this 2024 Mazda CX-30. The work is impeccable, with a virtually invisible installation.
At any point where it is possible to wrap around the film, it was done - and even where it is not wrapped around is still near impossible to see as they have done such an excellent job following the lines of the car. Zero bubbles, zero issues!
Turnaround time was also excellent being the same day, with a very generous warranty included.
