Wait times are long and communication isn't great but services are good. The location is great with plenty of parking.

I usually visit their other location in Skokie but figured Park Ridge would be closer to me, I love how friendly all their staff is. I bring all my designer bag repairs to Lou's and am never dissapointed! 10/10
