“Will definitely be coming back to this location! I came in last minute at the end of the day and was able to get in the very next morning. My service was fast, and I loved that I was texted a link to a very in depth and detailed report about my car issue. Highlight was the cutest puppy I got to meet in-store!”

“What a great experience! It’s a little pricey but the employees were professional, knowledgeable, fast and a lot of fun. Matthew, Mgr, is the go to for any concerns or problems. He will remedy any problem. Honestly is was not my first choice but now it is my only choice for an oil change.”

“I've been blessed to have Aviv's services as my mechanic for over nine years. He has guided and helped me through complicated situations. On another note, I want to mention that yesterday I brought my car in for a FEW repairs. I told Aviv that I needed the car in an hour and a half. My car was ready within the hour. While I was there I noticed that his front and back lot were full. But he made it a point to expedite his service for me. I would highly recommend Aviv to anyone looking for honesty, fairness, professionality, and time efficient work.”

“Friendly, fast, honest, and on point. The upsells were done without pressure and transparent. I was shown the difference between the current and new product and given clear understanding on my options in an objective manner.”

“Honest, knowledgeable mechanics and service writers who understand the need to balance maintenance, performance, safety and cost and know how to do it. My cars get a thorough "once over" every visit. A great way to minimize breakdowns. August 2024. Part 2 of my review. My car had a major breakdown. All of the above still applies. It would not surprise me if the collective, professional experience here exceeds 100 years. My next visit will be a routine oil change. If there were 6 stars My rating would be six. Thank you all for a great experience.”

“From the moment I first stepped into this establishment, I realized how excellent their customer care & professionalism is. They listened to my concerns about the symptoms of my vehicle’s transmission and exhaust and other mechanical problems and was able to diagnose and offer a fix/ resolution. Their entire staff: Nomie, Umair, Diego, Khurram & Saqib provided peace of mind and excellent auto repair. Nomie is well known within the car community and is known as an incredible mechanical engineer. I drove more than 1.5 hours in traffic and it was well worth it. Nomie fixed my problematic transmission driveshaft issue and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Also repaired an exhaust issue. After he repaired everything, my car drove much smoother and more efficiently and is back to great health. They’re able to order parts and have a quick turn around time as well as have fair pricing. Overall, a great experience. Thank you, Nomie & Accurate Auto! This type of excellent customer service is what creates loyal customers like me/us. All the best, AA”

“Real deal! Excellent work and quality parts. No one there will ever take advantage of you like some would. My car only goes there from now on. They’re absolutely your “MAYBERRY” style shop. They care! Stay away from the garbage CarX’s of the world and go to a place that actually has real mechanics wrenching”

“I brought my truck to Accurate Auto after dealing with a check engine light that no one else could figure out. The truck was showing multiple codes — P219B, P0300, and P0306 — and it turned out there was low compression across the entire right bank of the engine. My engine had actually been replaced with a new Jasper engine back in March, so this issue was a major concern. Accurate Auto took the time to properly diagnose the problem and discovered that the engine itself had a defect. They reached out to Jasper on my behalf, handled the entire warranty process, and got approval for a replacement engine. Within about two weeks, they had a brand-new Jasper engine installed and had my truck back on the road. Their communication, professionalism, and honesty throughout the entire process were outstanding. They solved a problem that several others couldn’t, and they stood behind their work. I truly appreciate how smoothly they handled everything, especially something this major. Highly recommend Accurate Auto — they earned my trust.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the best place in the city to get an oil change. I’ve been going to Lightning Lube for over 10 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re genuinely honest—when they ask what type of oil you want or prefer, there’s no upselling or pressure. You can trust them completely. On top of that, their prices are very fair. It’s hard to find a shop this reliable anymore, and Lightning Lube has earned my loyalty year after year.”

“Another great experience here. I've brought several cars here and have always gotten fast reliable service. I had muffler issues and thought they don't do that type of work, they took the time to check it out and pointed me in the right direction. Steve is knowledgeable and the crew is fantastic.”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“I recently had my car's oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Franklin Park, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I want to give special recognition to the manager, Leo. His outstanding customer service truly stood out. Leo was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service. It's rare to encounter such dedication and professionalism. I believe Leo deserves a bonus for his exceptional efforts. I'll definitely be returning to this Jiffy Lube location for future services. Highly recommended!”

“I showed up this week at Jeff's Automotive Services unannounced and without an appointment. They waited on me immediately, took only a few minutes to do the thing I needed, charged me and I was out of there. While I would never show up without an appointment for anything bigger unless it were a sudden emergency, I feel they treated me really well. I used to go to Joe at Formula One in Mt. Prospect, and I'm so happy that I've found a new home for my car! ?”

“Antonio LITERALLY saved our vacation. We were in Chicago on vacation and our car decided not to start. On a Saturday, with only two days to figure this out, Antonio and his crew diagnosed and fixed our car same day for a great price. Cannot thank them enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again G&G ?”

“Fernando was a great help!!! I went to other mechanics and they didn’t know what was causing the noise issue with my breaks. I was confused b/c I had just bought them, and I even went to the place where I got them originally and they didn’t know what was the issue. Fernando was able to evaluate and explain to me what the issue was and fixed it. I appreciate it and will be coming again. :)”

“I want to share my experience with J M Automotive in Schiller Park. I needed a new blower motor for my 2012 (model). It requires lying on your back under the steering wheel and working through a tiny opening—nobody was excited about doing it. After calling around, I got a mix of high prices and long wait times. When I walked into J M Automotive as a first-time customer—and on a Saturday morning—they immediately gave me a very fair price, told me to leave the car, and said it would be ready in a few hours. They had no reason to go out of their way for a brand-new walk-in, but they treated me better than I expected. The price was the best I found, and the service was even better. Highly recommend Anthony and his team.”
