“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. The cigars were great and I definitely will come back.”
“These guys/girls always do a great job, very friendly and always help me. My charger took a shit and they didn't have one to buy so they let me bring the store charger home until mine gets delivered.

“We go there twice a month for our tobacco products. There prices are really good . Usually we have the same lady who is very nice and helpful.,last time we were there we had a disagreement about the way she rang up the prices . It was almost 10 more than usual . When we were able to get her to understand she was kinda of rude and didn’t like seeing she made a mistake. But who does ??? Overall it’s the best tobacco place our here ..”

“Great great great service! Such a gentleman. The salesman who helped me was very genuine, very kind, and very respectful. He answered all my questions and had amazing recommendations. On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely. “Just bought a pack of slim romeo y julieta cigars and I should have checked but I've never had a reason till now but they had tiny bugs in the container all them and they were ruined but I went back in today and the cashier replaced the bad pack with a good new one with no issue”

They even had a large collection of very unique products that I have not found elsewhere. I couldnt believe it when I was told that they will even deliver! They have a good stock of tobacco, pipes, bowls, vapes and other accessories. Tobacco, nicotine, cbd, the deltas, edibles. This is a great place. The only downside is that it's in crook county.”
