“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. The cigars were great and I definitely will come back.”

“Great great great service! Such a gentleman. The salesman who helped me was very genuine, very kind, and very respectful. He answered all my questions and had amazing recommendations. On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely. “Decent selection with a couple of rare unicorns to find. Prices are a bit above average compared to lounges not in the metro area but for the location and cleanliness/classiness of the venue. Regular cigar smokers wouldnt be surprised at this pricing and if anything its very in line or below average pricing than tourist locations.
You can smoke your own sticks but never forget the golden rule, support the shop with a cigar purchase if you plan on taking a chair. Smoke well”
