“The crew at Pekin Alignment & Autobody are the best!!! The owners Joseph and Jennifer are the most down to earth and hard working people. Tyler there son is following in dad's footsteps and working at the shop as well. I trust them with everything I own including my 1968 Chevelle SS/396 pictured out front of the shop, my 1971 VW Westfalia bus, pro street custom chopper, 82 Corvette, and all my daily drivers. Joseph and his crew are top notch!! Also if your car is wandering, pulling left or right, wearing the inside or outside of your tread unevenly Ashton is the man behind the wrenchs and Alignment machines and he will get you steering straight down the roadways in no time at all!!!! “I purchased a set of wiper blades for 2019 Equinox and when installing them went easy peasy till installed the driver side and after installation put the wiper down onto the windshield and the plastic lock on the wiper broke. I returned the broken wiper and explained what had happened and they were understanding and courteous. They let me exchange the wiper without issue. I very much appreciated the customer service and support I received from the staff and the business. They still take customer service seriously and I would recommend the business to anyone. “I love the valet service at this dealership. They can pick you or your vehicle up or drop off. However, there is a long wait period to actually schedule a service on your vehicle. I called early on a Wed morning but they could not schedule me in until the following Monday. Seems a little excessive.
Follow up service on August. Battery was totally dead. Dealership was able to get me in the same day which is a total win from the previous May issue above. Battery had a cell which would not hold the charge. Still under warranty and the Dealership replaced free of charge and then delivered vehicle back to my house which is ? percent why I do love this dealership!”

“This is the spot for all your automotive, and basically anything with a motor, needs and wants. If by some weird off chance they don't have what you want/need in stock, it will be there the following day sometimes the same day, unless it's a factory ordered kinda thing. Great staff with plenty of knowledge on deck at any given time. Also if you happen to be at the Pekin store and it's a project you would rather not partake in or can't necessarily handle, just venture next door to American Motor Trends and see what they can do to help take care of your issue/s.”

“I had an unexpected turn of events happen today and the team at Walmart auto care centers in Pekin. Illinois took the best care of me. I came in for an emergency. My tire turns out had a drillbit in it. The guys took good care of me got me in immediately, made a breeze for check out. Timothy, John Tim, and all the other technicians went above and beyond and made me feel like I was not an inconvenience. I highly recommend the team at Walmart auto care centers in Pekin Illinois. They also gave me a really good quote on four tires so I really appreciate that.”
