I went into Boost Mobile just to see what they had to offer because I was so frustrated with the carrier I had and the lack of customer service. Shawn from Boost in Pekin, IL. Ought to teach a class for how to give customer service because he is most definitely at the top of his game. He went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. It took a couple days dealing with my old carrier to get things all worked out but he helped and walked us through a very trying situation. Customer Service just isn't what it used to be. Most people I've dealt with when it comes to cell phone service either just don't want to be bothered with the customer and it's evident in their demeanor they don't even try to hide their aggravation with you or simply pass you on down the line to someone else that don't help you. By the time I even went to Boost I was just at my wits end with phone carriers and Shawn was just a breath of fresh air. Finally there was someone who actually smiled when they seen you walk in and was willing to help you through whatever it was you didn't understand and was willing to deal with my old carrier and figure out what they couldn't. Thank you Shawn you made my experience the best.

My wife and I just had the best cutomer expérience at a boost mobile store we have ever received.
Shawn Jaynes greeted us and welcomed us as soon as we entered. Shawn was working alone at the time and his muti tasking skills were on point.
As it was our turn Mr Jaynes helped us through the entire process.
This man knows his job very well and was very knowledgeable of all of the pricesses.
We couldnt be more happy with the expérience.

7/31/24: still wonderful store and amazing staff. They were very patient and helped me setup and transfer all data to my new phone. These guys are amazing. The one star reviews are fakes. These guys are too good and amazing.

Didn't get phone was supposed to get to begin with..had to get celero3 5g+ and have had nothing but problems.. I've had the phone 15 days and it already stopped working now.I gotta wait on some stupid manufacturing insurance.So without a phone very unhappy so far with switching to boost..

Data extremely slowed after 30Gb. No service if one day late on payment. Will suspend your line with no prior warning! And continue to collecting payments on a no-refund policy. Come to find out Straight talk has the same service for 3/4 the cost, so that's awesome. Bye bye BM after many years of being waylaid by your indecent practices.
