“It's pretty funny to me how much I love this little 2 star hotel in the middle of nowhere, but I do. I walked into our room that was newly remodeled. It smelled of fresh paint, with a marble countertop in the bathroom. Fridge & microwave. It was small, but very clean, as was the whole hotel. Common areas were dingy, outdated, yes, but very well maintained. Very nice front desk staff too. A hotel with free breakfast, allows dogs (for $25), laundry, vending machines, and, best of all, it has a heated, indoor pool. Total cost, under $100 a night. Big grassy location, like football feild size, so great for dogs & for kids to play in. Baseball diamond at the end of the block too. And shopping within 1/2 mile, within view, so walkable. Short drive to great hiking trails and a nice dog park.”

“There is a HUGE Bass Pro shop right across the parking lot. If you’re looking for a hotel and wanna get your hunting camo all at same time, this is the place. Price for hotel was decent. Clean rooms, great breakfast options.”
“The reason for my stay was not under the best circumstances. My father passed & I was back in central IL for 8 days dealing with his funeral, etc.
My check in was so nice & the girls at the front desk deserve special mention, Sharron & Tasha were so kind & understanding as I wept my way through check in. Even as far as giving me a hug of support. Words can’t convey my gratitude for their exceptional kindness.
Onto my stay, the hotel itself is beautiful & stands out from the hotels near by. It smelled fresh & clean & I was accommodated with my first floor request.
My room was basically like staying in a little apartment for the week. Perfect kitchen with everything you needed, big bathroom & vanity area & the best shower.
The air conditioning & blackout curtains were perfection for a hot blooded girl like myself. My king size bed was dangerously comfy with heaps of soft pillows & extra blankets in the closet.
While I did turn down housekeeping for my 8 days, the maid staff was always in the hallways in the early afternoon, smiling happily & exchanging your dirty towels for fresh ones & giving you more coffee for your room. I never needed for anything my entire stay.
My only complaint with this hotel is that I couldn’t stay another week!
Thank you to everyone at the Residence Inn by Marriott for making one of the hardest weeks of my life comfortable, relaxing & surrounded by an extraordinary staff of fantastic women.”

“The hotel itself was fine, but the TVs that re in the room use their own proprietary software so I couldn't plug in my PlayStation that I brought from home. Well I COULD plug it in and get a signal, the remote doesn't change the volume unless you're on the”
“We normally stay at Hiltons but took a chance on this location. Front desk staff was friendly, quick, and complete upon check in. Room was clean and comfortable. The soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty. Not a huge deal but it shouldn't happen. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Overall pretty good for the price.”

“Overall it’s a good place to stay
Continental breakfast is nice, clean area. Same type of eggs as all Hampton Inn’s.
Service was a little rough with a single person but overall the other staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Hotel was clean, and the updates were nicely done. Even though some spots parts of the room are dated.
Fitness room was good and a very nice indoor pool.
Overall it’s a nice hotel for the price with plenty of parking. Not a bad stay”
