“Clean, spacious room with a very convenient kitchenette. I had a small issue with a leaky bathroom faucet at first, but the staff quickly moved me to another room and handled it professionally. Friendly staff, quiet stay, and a convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Great value for an extended stay — would stay here again.”

“Downstairs has a slight bug problem that they are in the process of cleaning up but upstairs is bug free and clean. Currently under new management and the new management is amazing. Unfortunately they took on the the last managements poor management so they are doing lots of work to make this place cleaner and they are doing an excellent job. They are super friendly and are happy to help with any issues you might come across. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and plenty of bars as well. Thanks a ton to James the maintenance man. He is working non stop to make this place amazing.”
“The staff here were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel genuinely welcoming. The property is a bit dated, and while the room was clean and comfortable, it could use some updates. Not much happening nearby either; the mall close by was pretty quiet. Still, the team made it a pleasant experience overall.”

“The room was a junior suite and I expected there to be some kind of a separation between the sleeping and the living area. They threw a bed and a couch across from each other and called it a suite”
“I’m writing this review just to highlight the amazing customer service from Tammi. She was incredibly pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She immediately noticed I had grabbed a luggage cart and offered to help—such a thoughtful touch!
On top of that, Tammi acknowledged my Platinum Elite status and the option for either bonus points or a complimentary breakfast (which, literally never happens!)
The hotel itself is very clean, though slightly dated. But honestly, the level of service Tammi provided made all the difference. Thanks, Tammi!”
