“This past weekend we had the pleasure of staying at Wingate at Wyndham, Peoria. The hotel is easy to access for traveling; with plenty of restaurants, a huge shopping center and a new sport complex. The staff are professional, efficient, very personable and tended immediately to our requests. Our king room was huge and included a sitting area. Breakfast had hot and cold options. The hot tub was the cleanest I've seen, virtually no floaties, ugh.... Despite being a tournament weekend, this hotel was very quiet overnight. Parking was more than adequate, parking in adjacent businesses parking was not necessary.Thank you Wingate for a comfortable weekend, see you soon.Rooms: I love a king room with a sitting area, thank you for that.Nearby activities: Nearby shopping, sport complex, museums and entertainment venues are easy access within 20 minutes. We were not far from the interstate.Safety: I felt safe the whole time, never an issue.Walkability: The fact is we were traveling to specific venues with athletic gear, walking was not an option. However, the area is very attractive and appears to have trails for walking an a running.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants, from fastfoodto steakhouse. Despite the area being extremely busy, the restaurants handled getting customers fed quickly.”

“First time at a Hampton facility.The staff was definitely 5 star! love the ladies who checked us in and also out.The rooms were fabulous as well.My only suggestion would be better lighting. My son has limited vision and had trouble moving around the room. This does present a fall hazard. So brighter lighting would be a big help.Definitely recommend Hampton Inn.”

“Solid hotel for a good price. Sheets and rooms were clean. Pool was nice and warm although definitely in need of some repair (tiles were missing on bottom). Nice hot breakfast.It should be noted this hotel does NOT have an EV Charger... it has an EV Charger capable PLUG (outlet). We went to this location specifically because it mentioned EV Charging and I even called to confirm and they said they "had EV Charging". This obviously means different things to different people. Make sure to bring your own or be ready to drive 30 miles to Bloomingdale because Peoria doesn't have any fast chargers.”

“A great stop for a night while traveling. Quality of the rooms and beds were consistent with other courtyard properties and the staff was excellent. The hotel was a little difficult to get to as it’s basically at the end of a mall parking lot. This was the only drawback, otherwise the stay was great.”

“The rooms were good. The staffs are courteous. The location is a bit difficult to find. Breakfast options are very limited. The induction bases are not good enough to give adequate heat. Wifi speed is decent. Pay and wash machines are available in the common area. Have some readymade food items available near the front desk which can be quickly reheated through the oven or stove. No daily complimentary drinking water. You have to purchase or refill your water jugs from common water dispenser.”

“Turn left at the shopping center & follow the winding road around to the left turn off the third curve off of the main road. Large parking lot. West entry door is unsecured & bangs shut every time it's opened. Large motel generally in good shape, but showing its age & wear & tear. Noisy from I-74.Rooms: Clean & comfortable with no frills like they advertise.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the young lady at the front desk was very very welcoming and her hospitality was on point although did look forward to being in a brick exposed room as you advertised on Travelocity but unfortunately we did not get a room as such but the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and the location was in the perfect spot near everything and everyone that we needed and wanted to visit”
