I didn’t do business here. However my grandfather does. Amanda, the store manager did a wonderful job with him after an unfortunate event. She treated him as if he was her family. I am 1000% grateful for this.

Been here multiple times and I can't begin to describe the lack of customer service and the lack of professionalism with staff.
Puts a bad face to Verizon overall.

Very good service there. I came in to try to fix my old iPhone 13 mini and they helped me very well and did give me a new phone and gave me recommendations to get the old one fixed. Also Verizon has very good cellular data and is overall in my opinion the best phone carrier out there. Ver good place and I highly recommend to use version.

Amanda, Store Manager did a wonderful job with her staff.She made our upgrading experience very easy. We love our new devices.
