Very good service there. I came in to try to fix my old iPhone 13 mini and they helped me very well and did give me a new phone and gave me recommendations to get the old one fixed. Also Verizon has very good cellular data and is overall in my opinion the best phone carrier out there. Ver good place and I highly recommend to use version.

Amanda, Store Manager did a wonderful job with her staff.She made our upgrading experience very easy. We love our new devices. The new manager and his team are horrible, condescending and rude. I guess I'm looking for a new carrier. I will NEVER come here again. They are also chauvinistic jerks. I have been a 15 year customer and never been so disrespected

After a very bad experience with a Tier 2 technician named Abby via customer service phone center, the gentleman who helped me in store (he was a manager) was helpful, knowledgeable and amazing. He fixed my problem in about 15 minutes or so after over 1.5 hours on the phone previously.P.S.A.**since it will not let me respond to the comment on this review I will place this here.That is not what I said. Abby gave me terrible customer service, was unprofessional and unhelpful. It was the gentlman in store who provided me with outstanding service. I can not recall his name but he was a manager. If you're going to respond to my review please actually read said review.

The salesman and I both laughed at the obvious bait and switch the salesman tried to pull on me. Verizon Laughed last. I got a tablet that didn't work a week and a phone that didn't work one out of every 8 calls. $50 Restocking fee for each. Activation fee for the 2 new items; I ended up paying around $200 For the pleasure of holding the defective merchandise. Salesman wouldn't transfer my information to my new phone so I had to do it myself. Terrible service and defective products.

Had a horrible experience at another location in pekin but went to this location and within minutes had everything resolved and they are dealing with our issue from other store waved fee for our inconvenience they were extremely nice and helpful

Verizon has gone downhill in customer service. I recently visited the Pekin store to fix an issue with a device credit that they caused (unintentionally). The device credit was cancelled accidentally by the store associate and I was told “they can only see what I see on billing”. If I wanted help I would have to “call Verizon and to warn you they have heard the wait can be over 1 hour”. (It’s 2 hours in case anyone is wondering) I was also told the store only focuses on sales not billing issues. I won’t be buying another phone from Verizon. I asked for a customer loyalty number they said they don’t have one, but when I visited the East Peoria store they had Verizon customer loyalty call me almost immediately. Still didn’t get the issue resolved but at least they tried. I have now wasted 8 hours, most of it being on hold and have been told several times it will be corrected in 2 billing cycles. Verizon still has my wife’s old phone and is charging us the full value of her new phone.
