Walgreens has some issues with management and wait times. The drive thru has long lines with only one tech working. The store can be cluttered and the pharmacy has delays and billing errors. However, some customers find good deals and have a positive experience. The staff, including pharmacy technicians, can be helpful and efficient. Despite some problems, Walgreens has its strengths, with some locations and staff members standing out for their good service.

Had to run in for a couple things pretty late. The woman working was so friendly and extremely helpful! Very pleasant. Michelle was her name! One of my best experiences at this particular Walgreens!

A wait of 48 hours to fill a scrip is totally unacceptable. The time from a scrip is received to the time it is filled has steadily increased over the past. I have had enough. I am going elsewhere.
