The drive thru is a joke 10 cars in line only one tech working the windows when there are 2 computers should be 2 people working the windows. Poor management I ended up changing Walgreens so glad I did no wait now.

I have shopped at Walgreens and have my prescriptions filled there for years. The vaccine appointments are a farce. There was one lady ahead of me in line and I stood behind her in line for 35 minutes before I got to the window. I have no idea what the problem was but why have a scheduled appointment? In addition I registered on and you already have all my history. Why do I need to fill out another form again??

Not the best Walgreens I've ever shopped in. The store seems a little cluttered. The pharmacy has never been great. I made an appointment for a vaccination, but still had to wait 10-15 minutes before being seen. Also, I did not have the pharmacist innoculate me, it was a pharmacy tech. We left the pharmacy for regular refills because there always seemed to be a delay or a billing error.

17 minutes on hold for a pharmacist. I had a medicine specific question. Thank God it wasn't an emergency.

Wait time is EXTREME for ANYTHING, but getting vaccines here is a joke! Left WITHOUT getting ANY vaccines as others were more important to care for than a person waiting CLOSE to an HOUR for a few vaccines. AND the other person had JUST showed up with a question.

Horrible wait times. The worst Walgreens around.

Horrible wait time and the staff is very nonchalant about it; no apologies, no hustle when lines get long. It’s very disappointing. Was told my prescription would be ready in 15-20 min; I had my newborn in the car. Came back after 25 min; prescription still not ready. Lady at the window said she just got there and didnt know why it wasn’t ready yet; no apology, no drive to fix it. It took about 40 min.

Since the court st store is the only 24 hour walgreens. EVERYONE IN TOWN goes there. The drive up is ALWAYS at least 5 cars deep in both lanes with only 1 person serving all the cars. They need to staff BOTH stores in town 24 hours.

I called to check on the status of a prescription I was told would be ready; and it wasn’t when my husband went to pick it up. Whoever was answering calls about prescriptions was extremely rude and hung up on me mid sentence. The guy never said his name but was very rude and short with me on the phone.

I called Walgreens due to Covid, I asked if I can buy Paxlovid over the counter. They said no but they have a program where they can prescribe it and to go online to make an appointment. I did and the website is a nightmare and super hard to navigate. Esp when sick. There were no options for this treatment. I called back and they said they do not provide that service.

I scheduled an appointment online to get a flu shot. I arrived a few minutes early and I saw a long line. There was no sign anywhere I could see as to where vaccination check ins were handled. All the employees were busy assisting others. I am an elderly man that has difficulty standing for long periods of time but I managed waiting in line to talk to someone. When I got to counter at the pharmacy, I was told I should have gone down two windows down to my right. I asked why wasn't there a sign to tell me this? They said there is but it is not easy to see. When I got to the window there was a small sign approximately 11"x14" sign with small letters saying it was for immunizations. I asked again why couldn't they put up a sign that people could see? They said Corporate won't let them. Anyway we proceeded to get me logged in and then they asked me to fill out their medical forms. I explained I did this online already. They said well you have to do it all over because they can't access it to print it off. Then another man stepped in said you either fill it out and get the shot or not. He said they don't make the rules and in fact they don't even want to give the vaccinations. Then he asked again do you want the shot or not? I gave him back his clip board and left! As an elderly man that has difficulty standing for periods of time this was unacceptable! I had already been standing a long time and was in pain from the standing. Why bother telling you to fill out online to save time when it's not true. What has happened to customer service? I have been a customer for a long time and now will never go back.
