“Wow the service here is incredible. I lost count of how many people asked if they could help us. They only had 3 of something we wanted on a shelf the computer said they had alot more way up on a shelve. They closed down 2 isles very safely conscious and fork lifted a pallet down. Sadly the item had same number but was not the same thing. We still purchased some good deals but through no fault of trying did we get the others. Outstanding customer service.”

The only reason for the four stars is because the store is not as well equipped as other HomeDepots I've been to, which is totally understandable since we are in a small town.”

“I have been with Aaron's for many many years . Everything I get ,I get from Aarons . I've had a few problems these past couple of year's and they were very helpful. And in the last 3+ months since the transferred managers the Pekin store has messed up my account so bad that I ended up paying late fees that I shouldn't of had to pay . I have asked repeatedly to get transferred to the Knoxville store since I live like 4 blocks from there . I'm told it's up to the regional manager . My question is why is it up to him I'm the customer that pays the account not the regional manager . I only stayed with Pekin for as long as I have is because not once did my account get messed up . But now it's messed up all the time . So if anyone can answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you have a great day .”

Don't buy at local shops. Just Don't cry when all stores leave and no jobs. If you gotta order online i get it but don't if you can #buylocalstore Help your community not corporations.”
