Great service! Harley came out to service our refrigerator. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He explained what repairs that had to be made. We will definitely be calling Bensons if needed.

Great service. Technician showed up in the time frame that was decided upon. My dryer was repaired promptly and technician was friendly. I would definitely recommend and will be using their services again if needed!

They had the fuse I needed, but was on a service van making rounds. The van made a special trip back to the building so that I could purchase it. They also had to order a couple of parts for me and they came in two days later. Not many if any would go out of their way to satisfy a customer as they did. Highly recommend... read full comment
