“We have banked with Better Banks for years and love this bank! Perfect example of their exceptional customer service is I was buying a car in Chicago. The dealership needed to verify funds. I called and spoke to bookkeeping and they verified funds with the dealership in less than 5 minutes. The dealership was AMAZED! They said that part of the process usually takes customers 30-45 minutes! Another great reason to bank local!!”

“I like this bank. Close to home. I only go there to pick up rolls of quarters for the laundry mats and they're all there. Not really an issue. Also should be notice if you over withdraw you can call customer service and they will grant a forgiveness once a year. Don't be embarrassed it happened to me once.”
“PNC Bank was a very good bank I have had good experiences with this Bank the only problem I had was with the PNC Bank located in downtown Peoria which kind of salad me on the bank as a whole PNC is a good bank if you Bank anywhere from Pittsburgh East the one in the midwest Illinois Peoria it's not good”

“I've had a regions account since middle school and I'm 27 now and have moved states twice. They've been fine, and satisfied my banking needs so far. I did get kind of annoyed that my childhood account added an $8 monthly fee when I turned into an adult and meant to address it but never did. Ryan at the Sterling branch just proactively called me, reminded me about the $8 fee, and helped me switch my account to a different checking account that wouldn't hit me with the fee given I had a certain monthly direct deposit, which I did. Very happy with the proactive effort on Ryan's part and for finally having that annoying fee gone.”
