“Had techs come out and do an in the field replacement of my windshield. Both that I worked with were very professional and kept in good communication so I knew exactly what was going on. They arrived when expected and worked quickly and efficiently. I did have some small issues with the install (I won’t discuss them because they were honest mistakes and I understand people aren’t perfect). When brought to the store’s attention, they jumped right to making sure everything was made right. I insisted they not go above and beyond, but they insisted harder that they would. This is a business with integrity and customer service. I will absolutely go to them again if/when I need auto glass work done.”
