“Great experience with this car rental company. Even with a late-night airport arrival after midnight, there was still someone at the desk, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The desk agent was courteous, respectful, and polite. We also had questions about our rental over the phone, and the support was outstanding—honestly a 12/10 experience. The agent was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to provide very helpful information. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Bought a brand new Honda Oddessey converted BraunAbility van from Personal Mobility a few years ago. Prior to that, they serviced our previous van same kind. My husband and I love Chad all these years. He definitely knows what he's doing as a technician. Yesterday we had our van there and again he did amazing work and reasonable priced. Also, met Bobby Lee. Hopefully spelling his name correctly and had a good time. Very professional, kind, caring, but most of all....top notch customer service from them both! Hats off guys! And thanks for the laughs!”

“It mostly runs on time, but will not delay if connecting busses are late. 9 of 10 great service. Not a great public transit, but the best possible staff for dollars allocated. I love my drivers..Today was Jerome Lilly day; I rode for free. Thanks for honoring local heros.”

I was already arriving in town for a stressful event and even though check-in was busy, she handled each person professionally and efficiently. She made the whole process simple and enjoyable. “I was placed in an extended rental for work for a few months. The staff was very professional and detailed oriented. My car was ready and clean. I wanted to upgrade my vehicle after a couple of weeks and they quickly found a vehicle more suited for my needs. They addressed me by my name which made me feel like VIP! I highly recommend this location and team for your rental car needs!!”
