I ordered my pizza at 5:14 PM. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but I started making it at 5:54 PM. It's truly awful.

I ordered a Pickel Pizza and unfortunately they were out of pickels. But I have to say. It was hands down the absolute best Casey's Pizza I've ever eaten. I felt bad for being a little pissy about the pickles. That was an amazing pizza. 👏 great job. Looking forward to ordering a lot more.

I just got 2 large pizzas delivered paid the 399 delivery fee and a 5 dollar tip when driver arrived just for both my pizza to be cold paid near 30 bucks altogether I do get the roads are bad but this guys didn't even have them in a bag it was just sitting in his back seat

Well we ended up waiting an hour in a half altogether for 3 pizzas we ordered. When we first got here at 5pm they said they were just starting our pizza which was placed before 4:30pm. The lady that was supposed to work the kitchen stated how she had been there since 6:30am and that she was happy to be going home. The guy that eneded up taking over the pizza orders at least apologized he was a one man show and had 7 orders to catch up on. There were no pizzas prepped and none for customers slices and nothing looked like it had been done. Not a place I would choose to go to. I especially will not be ordering food from here again.

Ordered pizza was told 45 minutes went to pick them up they haven't started them yet. food was fire though but I will never go there again.

Was on my lunch break, asked if they were working on bringing any fresh slices out. Got no response from the cooks. The Hispanic lady who I presume was the manager, who was nice, said it would be 10 minutes. Bought a few other items and waited 15 minutes. Asked the cooks again and got no response, and the manager saw me asking them again with them not responding apologized for there not being any slices. I got a sandwich instead. Wasn’t fresh. Just wanted 2 slices of pizza. Cooks are rude AF.

As of 8/14/24, I've frequented here every once in a while. Their restrooms are the cleanest convenient store spots around, and their customer service is really on point. Very friendly and detail oriented staff make for an excellent experience on the regular. Thanks Debra, for your "beyond expectations" customer service. Keep it up, whatever you all are doing. For such a busy spot, they run a well-oiled machine & I would recommend this gas station over others nearby.

Fifth time in a row ordering a pizza here arriving after 15 to 20 minutes after it's been ordered and finding out they haven't even started it. This time I walked out without even getting the pizza. So sick of this place's terrible disorganization and terrible customer service that they can't get their online orders out. I love Casey's Pizza but apparently it's just not in the cards to ever get any from this location. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. CONSISTENTLY. EVERY DAMN TIME.
After walking out I placed an online order at the Big hollow location and drove over there which took about 12 minutes. When I got there my pizza was being cut and put into a box as I arrived. I was greeted by a friendly manager who smiled and thanked me for my business. Guess which Casey's I'll be going to from now on.

I'm at the point where I'm just not going to come to this location anymore. Boss yelling at her employees from her office, cooks that don't care about the quality of their food. Just a horrible location all together lately. Look at this pizza lol how hard is it to cut a pizza?

Manager was beyond rude. If you want a pizza made wrong and cold, but your drinks hot, order here & enjoy the food poisoning.
