Commerce Bank is a great and wonderful bank to do business with, described as reliable and like a small town bank. The staff is consistently courteous, friendly, helpful, professional, and understanding. They are welcoming, informative, and go above and beyond to support their customers. Employees know customers by name, treat them like people, and listen carefully to their needs. The experience is enjoyable, making customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. Many have been with the bank for a long time and would not consider using another.
