Courtyard Peoria offers a mixed experience for guests. The hotel's staff is consistently praised for their exceptional customer service, with reviewers highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of employees like Tammi. The lobby and breakfast/bar area are well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast for softball families is a great perk. However, the rooms are in need of a significant refresh and remodel. Guests have reported issues such as outdated furnishings, green mold/mineral buildup in the bathrooms, and problems with door locks and alarms. While the rooms are generally clean, the overall condition is described as a "far cry" from the quality expected of a Marriott property. Despite the dated rooms, the hotel's amenities, including a Starbucks in the lobby and room service, are appreciated by guests. The hot tub is also noted as a relaxing feature, especially for those visiting for sports tournaments. Overall, Courtyard Peoria offers a mixed experience, with excellent customer service balanced against the need for a comprehensive room renovation to bring the hotel up to modern Marriott standards.
Nicest receptionist, very very aged rooms. No water available. Sorry Marriot, I am boycotting for Hilton after my experience. Time to improve your batting average.

Good experience clean rooms, kind of dated but it really doesn’t matter.

Pool closed for maintenance. No complimentary breakfast even at a price of over $200.00 a night. Toilet didn't flush well, water pooled in tub while taking a shower.
