Cars aren’t ready and always a line of people.
Waiting room is awkward silence with loud echo. They could use so background music to help.

Car was adequate but smelled strongly of cover up scent, probably a smoker car. Brakes squeaked on some stops and warning that front crash system not operating came up each time i drove it.

Overall, good rental experience. Courteous staff. Fairly quick checkout and no hard sell on extras. One complaint is that this location does not fill the gas tank, so you must return it at the level it was when you started rental.
