About Harmon Laboratory Services
Harmon Laboratory offers low cost laboratory testing on blood and urine specimens. Our on site phlebotomist will collect your blood and then send it to our contracted laboratory for testing. We do require a provider signed script/order in order to perform any testing. Please bring a physical order with your, or have your provider fax it in advance to 309-999-5721. Upon testing completion, results will be sent to your provider. We only accept Walk-Ins on a first come first served basis and only accept cash or check. Please note: our office is closed from 11:00-11:30 for lunch.

Staff will treat you like the plague if you come in without a mask. These people aren't normal in their minds. Do not come here. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Staff are rude and don't even read their own TOS. Please go to Quest they treat you more human than these people. If you don't think like them they shut you off. Horrible
