“Got an appointment super fast. Unheard of these days. Allison was so helpful and friendly. I dont get these bad reviews. She got us the hookup with our Medicare and Medicaid benefits. She literally bent over backwards to help us. The whole building was clean, nicely decorated, the lobby is big and welcoming and those handicap doors can't be beat. Dr. Warren was very honest in her assessment even though she recommended we go to OSF for our care. That speaks volumes to me about caring for someone's health over profits. Too bad we're so sick.”

Login was really quick and easy, they had an easy to use kiosk that just scanned my ID and scanned my insurance cards and I had to wait less than 2 minutes until my blood was drawn.

I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my blood drawing but she was a wonderful person to talk to during the whole process. We talked about our grandkids and she went through my testing order and entered in all the data herself from my doctor's office's request. She even took my payment.

I hope you take really good care of her because she does the work of three people for you guys and she does it amazingly well.

Now I don't quite know how my insurance is going to work out with this, but I can tell you that I would recommend this for anyone who's looking for a cheaper alternative to getting the hospital to do your labs.”
