I have an industrial sewing machine that has a computerized motor that cannot be transported for service. They gave me excellent service by giving me verbal service over the phone and the issue was resolved! Absolutely wonderful service!! They are the best!

Took just over a month to get my machine back because he's just that busy, but I get it now. My 1970s sewing machine has been completely refurbished and is sewing great! And the cost was surprisingly lower than I expected, but exactly what his original quote was. Love this place!

Wonderful, greated right as I walked in. Told what I wanted to look at she directed me to couple machine. We sat down and she was showing me machines s we talking like a couple old friends. I left very happy with my new machine. Thanks!!

The service was ok, considering the times we live in. He sent the machine home before it was finished. But, he did call when he realized what he had done and got me to bring it back. The next day it was done and I picked it up. We'll see how it goes.
