“I went to Family Medical Supply to order compression socks for surgery. Even though there was not a single customer in the store, I was told I would need to make an appointment to get measured for them. It was also going to cost $35 extra if I wanted her to bill my insurance for reimbursement after I paid.
The lady was so impersonal that I left there and went to Advanced Medical Supply. The employee there did it would take ten seconds to measure for my compression socks. She did that and ordered the size I needed. She was much kinder and more helpful than Family Medical.
From now on, Advanced Medical Supply will be the only place I go.”
