Oxigenator machine broke down on vacation, and batteries only last 90min. when we were told 4 to 6 hrs.

Called to have my husbands records sent to physicians office a week before his appointment. Went to his appointment today and no records had been sent. Would not pass him on his physical until they get his report.
This is un acceptable! Something needs to be done soon!

I gave this store multiple opportunities to improve their methods and service and got promises without action. I will not be doing business with them again if I can help it. In addition, they changed manufacturers of the supplies I have used successfully for over 18 months and the new supplies are lower quality.
