“I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, but some things took longer than expected and ran 20 minutes past closing time. Staff didn't grumble one little bit, and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. In addition to getting my oil changed I had my fluid levels checked, windshield wipers replaced and both the engine and cabin filters changed out. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism when they changed the cabin filter. It was in an awkward spot, soaked in skunk spray, and the last person had just shoved it in there. Take 5 staff didn't just take 5 minutes and give up, they took the extra time to make sure everything was done properly. Strong recommend, this is my new go-to shop.”

“They know me by name. They are always nice to me. Never had any problems. When my wallet was taken they were very helpful in finding the lady that just helped herself toy money...they were very understanding and assured in showing the police video to catch her.”
“Came to Walmart to get a battery replaced. I was within warranty and the battery was replaced last year. I almost left because they were so busy until an associate by the name of Joe (Service Manager) greeted me. Got me in pretty quick. He was very nice. At checkout, Jacob helped me. He found the technicians ended up charging my battery, instead of me having to get a replacement and possibly spending more money on a battery. He was very nice also. The whole process was about 30-40 mins. Thank you Allen Rd Walmart Auto Center for all of ur help.”

“I was greeted by the owner and immediately taken care of. I explained my situation of my oil and of my engine not working well he had investigated and said that I was down 2 1/2 quarts and that I needed a new battery. Wow I got it was done in no time I was able to go onto my rest of my day happy he also suggested I go and have my air pumped in because I had bought my tires from Costco and he said you should do it right away because it’s getting colder by the day.
