The gal working fish helped us find our miniature pleco. I also bought a $4 pair of Christmas pajamas (no feet). Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Mgmt, your site could use a whole building / store exhaust fan. ??

Easy affordable day care for when life makes it hard to take care of your best buddy, especially if you work long stretches. I rest easy knowing my pup is well cared for. Highly recommend. Plus since it’s a national chain we can use them when travel (as long as they pass their interview). Seriously life savers.

The employees are so sweet talking and gentle with the pups. Makes it easy to drop her off and no worry in my mind that they’re giving her the best treatment possible. Carlin was our groomer and she does a super great job! I met a few other groomers, and they are all so friendly as well- you really can’t go wrong with any worker there. My cat broke his leg badly and Dr. Brown was able to repair his leg. I know for a fact that if I had taken him anywhere else, my cat would have three legs right now instead of four. Specifically, Dr. Wulfekuhle took the time to thoroughly examine my older dog with medical issues, Mojo, and explained everything in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. I appreciated his patience in answering all my questions. An acknowledgement to Dr Couri for taking care of my younger dog Roxy. She is a bit timid. He gets Roxy to approach with wags and joy. His genuine love for animals is evident.
After Mojo's visits, I receive a follow-up call to discuss results and check on his progress. It shows how much they care about their patients!
I highly recommend Meadowbrook Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about animals. Thank you for taking such great care of Mojo and Roxy!

I watch them interact with my nervous pup and they let her come to them so she feels more comfortable(to a point of course, lol). I trust them to give me options and point me in the right direction.
Unrelated: get pet insurance if you can. It seems like a waste of money until they start getting older and new things crop up. Mine paid for itself in 2 weeks when my pup had 2 things go wrong for her. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure(Getting things addressed early can prevent big things down the line). I go with Lemonade for Pet insurance. I have 80% coverage after a $250 deductible. Turns $500-$600 bills into ~$200.

I think whatever bit of positive review I may give for this place would be not enought but let me give a short summary of my dog and my journey with Heartland. We were first recommended by our individual training dog trainer to try this place out as my dog was very dog sensitive and he thought training with other dogs and a good trainer would help.So we enrolled Miss Rani, my 3 year old Indie to the Beginner's class and also the intermediate class and Rani did great on both. With amazing dog trainers like Cathy, Beth, Melissa and others (sorry if I missed the other names) helped bring Rani a long way to where today she is a great citizen, well mannered and is also less dog reactive. Thank you for being a part of Rani's training journey and for everything.I would recommend this training center to everyone in a heartbeat. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

However Susan his groomer did a FANTASTIC job I was soooo pleased. Not only with his nails but the over all treatment. His coat was clean and shiny, and soft. 1229 W McClure Ave Ste R, PeoriaMy sister and I went to Dar Al-Coffee for the first time this past Saturday to check it out and see what kind of things they had to offer! We've seen people making videos & showing the drinks that they ordered. Everything looks amazing so it was hard to decide on just one, same thing with the foods! I ordered the caramel apple waffle and my sister got the honeycomb bread. We both enjoyed what we got but I have to tell you, don't sleep on the waffle! That was absolutely fantastic, I never really tasted anything like it before and I enjoyed it immensely. It was hard for me to save half of it to take home to share with my family. My sister really enjoyed hers as well and took hers home to share. We both enjoyed our coffees she had the Nutella hot coffee and I had the Yemeni cookie coffee. I'm used to more sweeter coffee but I wasn't mad about it. I should have tried the famous strawberry Dubai coffee one but I didn't, I'm definitely going to have to try that next time. While we were sitting there, we heard about six people order that and it sounded like they knew what they were doing lol! They also have a little glass case with some desserts inside of it, looks like there's some sort of chocolate covered fruits and some Dubai cheesecakes and whatnot, it all looks so good and I'm looking forward to trying some of those things!
The decorations & the seating options were nice, loved the contemporary look of the chairs. Although, I think they could use a few more seats. They seem to be quite popular, there were quite a few people coming in and out. There were two ladies working and one gentleman. I'm not sure if he was the owner or not I didn't get a chance to speak to him because they were so busy. But I did get a chance to ask one of the ladies how long they been open and she said it was just a few months. She was very kind and was apologizing to everybody for their wait.
The parking lot was kind of small and pushed off to the side of a building off of a busy road. You could probably fit maybe 10 cars there I guess, and also every parking place was filled when we left. It would definitely be exciting to see them move to a bigger location with a bigger parking lot, I feel like they would be getting even more people coming in!
Overall I had a great first visit here and I'm looking forward to going back and trying something else new in the future. If you haven't made it there yet, get over there so you can try it!

Rhodell's is a hidden gem in Peoria. Tucked in among the brick buildings on Water St exists some of the best locally brewed beers I've had. No matter what time of year you go, there's always a nice variety of beers (and not just a sea of IPA's) -- stouts, sours, hefeweizens, Kolsch, etc.
There's no food service to speak of but you can bring in outside food.
The flights are extremely affordable, the beers are fantastic, and the vibe is relaxed. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Once she started talked I felt to at home because she reminded me of my Aunt Kelli! She was down to earth and so nice. It was a great first impression! She helped me pick my flavor, medium it was! My boyfriend got the 4 patty Burger I believe it was. HOLY MOLEY WHAT A BURGER!!!!!!!!! I havent stopped thinking about the food and the woman at the front! 10/10 would recommend. Food always tastes better with a smile and I can assure you your food is going to TASTE GREAT!!!!!
