Easy affordable day care for when life makes it hard to take care of your best buddy, especially if you work long stretches. I rest easy knowing my pup is well cared for. Highly recommend. Plus since it’s a national chain we can use them when travel (as long as they pass their interview). Seriously life savers.

The employees are so sweet talking and gentle with the pups. Makes it easy to drop her off and no worry in my mind that they’re giving her the best treatment possible. Carlin was our groomer and she does a super great job! I met a few other groomers, and they are all so friendly as well- you really can’t go wrong with any worker there. Great team, great store, great treats! I will refer everyone I know!! Thank you guys!!

The compassion that the doctors and staff show to our animals and ourselves is unmatched. We have received the best treatment and you can tell that each member of their staff loves what they do. We took our sweet Juliette in for what we thought was a simple hernia repair this week and it turned out she had a huge mass that caused the hernia. Dr. Kati and Dr. Malcolm were able to successfully remove the mass and bring our girl safely thru a long and complicated surgery. We cannot thank them enough for the care and love they show all our fur babies.

Dr. Springman and the entire staff have been absolutely amazing throughout this scary time. From answering late-night and early-morning messages when the clinic isn’t even open, to fitting us in last minute and reassuring two very worried dog parents, their care and compassion have meant everything to us. We truly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else to take care of our dog.

I think whatever bit of positive review I may give for this place would be not enought but let me give a short summary of my dog and my journey with Heartland. We were first recommended by our individual training dog trainer to try this place out as my dog was very dog sensitive and he thought training with other dogs and a good trainer would help.So we enrolled Miss Rani, my 3 year old Indie to the Beginner's class and also the intermediate class and Rani did great on both. With amazing dog trainers like Cathy, Beth, Melissa and others (sorry if I missed the other names) helped bring Rani a long way to where today she is a great citizen, well mannered and is also less dog reactive. Thank you for being a part of Rani's training journey and for everything.I would recommend this training center to everyone in a heartbeat. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

However Susan his groomer did a FANTASTIC job I was soooo pleased. Not only with his nails but the over all treatment. His coat was clean and shiny, and soft. From beginning to end just a wonderful experience from the whole staff. Will definitely be bringing him back.Thanks again Susan!!!

They had a varied menu with lots to choose from. I especially loved that they offered espresso drinks. They offered a lavender latte, but were ok with me requesting a lavender honey cappuccino. It was a nice addition to my breakfast. I had the Greek mushroom omelette with wheat toast. I was surprised when the toast came out unbuttered, but that was not a problem. There were lots of condiments already supplied on the table. The meal was delicious and my server, Josh was friendly and helpful on my first visit to the restaurant. I will be back to try other items on the menu.
