I took a shot and went to PetCo and BAM it was there, and the associate who greeted me friendly and kind. I was very surprised that they had a sign up that they’d be open on July 4th! What an injustice for the employees!

The people working do whatever they need to to help you feel comfortable about leaving your pet. The price is about the same as many other kennels in Peoria. I recommend. Camp Bow Wow for both kenneling and grooming!

1624 West War Memorial Drive, PeoriaTook my little dog in for a sick visit. The staff was great! The Vet Tech was wonderful and we went over all the symptoms that were going on in detail. Dr. Wulfekuhle was super friendly and was amazing with my VERY anxious little dog. He explained everything, went over the treatment plan and showed such care taking care of my sick little guy. I left feeling so relieved and Tucker is already feeling better! I feel so good about the care my pet received and am so grateful.

The compassion that the doctors and staff show to our animals and ourselves is unmatched. We have received the best treatment and you can tell that each member of their staff loves what they do. We took our sweet Juliette in for what we thought was a simple hernia repair this week and it turned out she had a huge mass that caused the hernia. Dr. Kati and Dr. Malcolm were able to successfully remove the mass and bring our girl safely thru a long and complicated surgery. We cannot thank them enough for the care and love they show all our fur babies.

My oldest in an intact male, then I have a very stupid large dog and a dominant female who thinks she's enormous but isn't. I have had bad experiences with other places that don't pay as much attention matching dogs in groups but I have never had an issue here. Plus they all smell fine after! No smell in the lobby and no poo/ pee smell lingering on the dogs after pick up!

I think whatever bit of positive review I may give for this place would be not enought but let me give a short summary of my dog and my journey with Heartland. We were first recommended by our individual training dog trainer to try this place out as my dog was very dog sensitive and he thought training with other dogs and a good trainer would help.So we enrolled Miss Rani, my 3 year old Indie to the Beginner's class and also the intermediate class and Rani did great on both. With amazing dog trainers like Cathy, Beth, Melissa and others (sorry if I missed the other names) helped bring Rani a long way to where today she is a great citizen, well mannered and is also less dog reactive. Thank you for being a part of Rani's training journey and for everything.I would recommend this training center to everyone in a heartbeat. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

I live about an hour and 45 min away but I have to come out every Friday. It’s tradition now to get one of these when I’m out here. Whoever was cooking them tonight on August 28 around 7:45 did an absolutely stupendous job!! They made them nice and big and tasted so perfect! I hope this place never closes because I have yet to find a place that can match these wraps!! The staff is super friendly too!!

The crowd is always different, as is downtown Peoria. Usually friendly customers at bar.
